They are nice guys! Throwrags band manager is the publicity & promotions manager at the Anaheim HOB. He hooked me up the last night Social D played there. HEHE! Last year he was the Damneds manager. I think with him behind them, they are going to do very well this year. Good for them, they rock!
If you end up going, I'm pretty easy to notice in a crowd. I know I sound old, by what I just wrote. I am 30, but I look alot younger, so don't look for some old crow. I'm kinda tall, with a slim figure. I have medium length, almost platinum blonde hair. I'll have it up in a pinup girl style, and I'll probably be wearing a black or red dress. Oh, and if I'm watching the bands inside, I'll probably be wearing black framed glasses. If I'm on the patio socializing, I probably won't. So, if you think you spotted me, come say hello.

My first Social D memory was 15 years ago. My sister had a party pad in Palm Springs, and all the punkers would come over draw nonsense and write their favorite bands on the wall. I remember "Mommy's Little Monster" always stood out. At the time I had already knew of SD and their music, it was one of many cool albums that I enjoyed. But the writing on the wall, is my first memory of them when I think back.
This one is for you GotXyourXcancer, my first memory of Sean (Capt. Tae-Bo) from Throwrag was 16 years ago. My cousin was neighbors, and good friends with Sean and his little brother Kipper. There was a bunch of people partying at his house one day, and Sean came up to one of our black friends, and was trying to hit on her. He was right in her face in front of everyone, "you know I like my women, like I like my coffee...BLACK!" Everybody was cracking up. I knew then, that this guy was something else.
....and yes, unless circumstances are out of my control, I will be at that show. I rarely miss a Tramps show in OC.

Hey Erica, I was out the other night and feeling confident after a few Sailor Jerries, saw this georgeous looking black girl and tried the coffee one liner. It did'nt work but she laughed at me in pity! Did it work for Throwrag?????

HA!HA! LOL!!
That's too funny! Actually, it did not work for him. Well, I take that back....I don't think he was really trying to hook up with her. I think he got what he wanted, which was to be noticed. I could never forget him, after that comment.
I have no idea where your from, but they have been touring all over, so you should check them out if you haven't already. They are great to see live. On Saturday they pulled some chick out of the crowd, and made her play the washboard. It was quite entertaining!
Better luck next time!

I'm from Australia, so unless I get my butt over your way I'll probably never see em, that goes for Social D as well, they still have'nt been here. We get our fair share of good bands touring here though, Reverend made it about 18 months ago. Got any other one liners for me?!

Royal Crown Revue did a big tour down there about 3 years ago. Did you get a chance to check them out?
As far as 1 liners go..... Hmmm, can't think of any right now. I'll get back to you if I do.
